CARBON FOOTPRINTING

carbon_footprint_wUnderstanding your company's carbon footprint is the first step to effectitvely manage your exposure to carbon assets and liabilities in your business. Based on this knowledge you can then develop and implement a strategy to control or reduce your carbon footprint in the future.

A carbon footprint analysis can be done for your company as a whole or for a specific product. The carbon footprint measures the carbon emissions relating to your company's operation or the development and manufacturing of your product. It includes all direct and indirect emissions relating to your company or product and is measured in tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e).

After collecting the data from your organization, we transform them into information for use by your management and employees. Getting a carbon footprint for your product allows your buyer to make a conscious decision on the environmental merits associated with your product and can be used for product differentiation from your competitors. A carbon footprint should also be used for demonstrating your sustainability credentials to your customers and employees.
